Zenz has over twenty years experience with restaurant and bar operations. The involvement began with working in them for a few years which then developed into designing and building them. Zenz has thus a strong familiarity with restaurants' and bars' specific requirements - including the regulatory and technical - and with their ergonomics.
Utilising this industry-specific knowledge, zenz typically develops a close involvement with such projects beyond just the contracted-for designing and making. This can also include concept and location consultancy from the project outset.
